1. Acceptance of Terms.

By using KleaSnap ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service.

KleaSnap provides a suite of digital tools designed to purify web URLs, "heal" fragmented text, manage conversion history, and perform bulk uploads to convert web information into clean Markdown and structured data.

2.1. Service Limitations: We do not guarantee that every website can be successfully purified or "healed" due to various anti-bot measures, complex site structures, or source data quality.

2.2. Data & Feature Disclaimers: > * Heal Text: The "Heal" feature uses AI-driven logic to reconstruct data; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or the recovery of all original information.

2.2.1. Access History: While we provide a "History" feature for your convenience, KleaSnap is not a long-term data storage or backup service. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of your history and recommend that you export important data immediately.

2.2.2. Bulk Uploads: Processing speeds and success rates for bulk uploads may vary based on server load and the responsiveness of target URLs. We are not liable for incomplete batches caused by third-party website restrictions.

3. Proprietary Technology & Anti-Reselling.

The technology powering KleaSnap is the intellectual property of Carlo Cadenas Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service. You are strictly prohibited from:

3.1. Reselling "KleaSnap-as-a-Service" to third parties.

3.2. Using our output to train competing AI models or scrapers.

3.3. Reverse-engineering our purification logic.

4. Acceptable Use (Anti-Abuse).

You agree not to use KleaSnap for abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

4.1. Automated high-frequency scraping that harms target websites.

4.2. Attempting to bypass paywalls or access prohibited content.

4.3. Using the service for illegal purposes or to extract PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

5. Payments & Paddle.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability.

KleaSnap is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any data loss, inaccuracies in the converted Markdown, or any legal issues arising from the websites you choose to scrape.

7. Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, Capital Federal of Buenos Aires.
