1.3. Processing Data: When using the "Heal" or "Bulk Upload" features, our systems temporarily process the input text or lists of URLs.

2. How We Use Your Data.

3. Data Retention & Deletion.

3.1. History: You may delete individual items or your entire history at any time via your settings. Deleted data is removed from our active databases immediately.

3.2. Inactivity: To keep our systems lean, we reserve the right to purge history for inactive free accounts after 90 days of non-use.

4. Data Security.

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your history logs. However, since KleaSnap is a productivity tool and not a secure vault, we advise against purifying URLs containing sensitive personal identifiers or private financial data.
